Defrag Aborted, Some files were not defragmented, This operation cannot be done.

Recommended Posts

This is a Dell Inspiron with Windows 7 Home Premium. I recently reset it to a factory image using Dell Data Recovery.

My hard drive is now 49% fragmented. Cannot remove these files. This hard drive never previously had a problem Defragging to zero 0%. Even after previously resetting it.

How do I work around, move, defrag or delete these files?
