Purchases made from the web (as opposed to authorized physical retailers) are per PC and per year. The free versions are not hobbled in their use (the pro softwares give a few additional features and priority direct support from the developers but many people's needs are fulfilled by the free versions) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
