Gardis Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 Hello! I´m running CCleaner Professional v5.00.5060 (64-bit) on a Windows 8.1 computer. I use the English version and for the first time ever i have a big problem with the software. I open the software and immediately CCleaner hangs and i must shut down the program manually. CCleaner is fully locked, no keys work, not even check for updates. If i look at the program layout it´s "trembling a little". I can see that the gray scroll boxes "moving slightly and flashes". There is an issue with the non-english settings in ccleaner 5 (the developers are working on it currently). Try switching the program to english ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
