how to compress the defragged blocks?

I have some blocks, 10, that are 6 rows from the first line except for two which are on the last line.  It says that that the last two blocks are empty...and they are blue?  The other 8 are red...which mean the have defragged files.  I want to partition this terabyte into three drives,,,C. D, E.  The OS will be on on C: and D & E for library from C, music, programs, pics, movies. If I don't move the data, compact it....and try to partition it as it is that it will crash.... I have not bought any software yet for the partitioning....but what I have read is that you need to be able to recover your partition, bootable CD otherwise easeus master pro vs aomei assistant are about equal....I know there are several free programs but they don't have a recovery CD or bootable CD if your drive crashes.   But I have read a lot about not using software inside of windows?  G-Part...I think from source forge.  But requires you to build the linx program..and I am not sure of the apps but you launch it from dos.  Your help is appreciated!
