Recovering files with the same filename (but different datestamp)

I accidentally deleted a large folder of image files, which was too big to go to the Recyle Bin.I did not save any files on the drive, so the deleted files were not overwritten.

 

Some jpg files have the same filenames as older files. A bunch of the first files only got the older files recovered. Then higher numbered files got both the older and the newer files recovered. To clarify this:

The first set below only got the May dated files recovered. The Oct. files were not recovered.

DXX_0129.jpg through DXX_0556 (dated May, 2014)

DXX_0129.jpg through DXX_0556 (dated Oct., 2014)

 

The following files got both the May and the Oct files recovered

DXX_0557.jpg through DXX_0780 (May 2014)

DXX_0557.jpg through DXX_0780 (Oct. 2014)

 

How might I recover the missing files?
