Question regarding my SSD in Speccy

Hi, I've been installing Speccy in my computer and I love it as I can monitor my temp and all, but something is bothering me. Here's a copypaste of my SSD from Speccy:

KINGSTON SV300S37A120G ATA Device
    Manufacturer    Kingston
    Product Family    SSDNow
    Form Factor    2.5-inch
    Heads    16
    Cylinders    14 593
    Tracks    3 721 215
    Sectors    234 436 545
    SATA type    SATA-III 6.0Gb/s
    Device type    Fixed
    ATA Standard    ATA8-ACS
    Serial Number    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    LBA Size    48-bit LBA
    Power On Count    35 times
    Power On Time    2,9 days
    Speed    Not used (SSD Drive)
Features    S.M.A.R.T., APM, NCQ, TRIM, SSD
Max. Transfer Mode    SATA III 6.0Gb/s
Used Transfer Mode    SATA III 6.0Gb/s
    Interface    SATA-2
    Capacity    111 GB
    Real size    120 034 123 776 bytes
    RAID Type    None

Speccy says "Speed = Not used (SSD Drive)" but my bios is clearly using this drive as an SSD.

Interface: SATA-2 is also itching me as I'm using a SATA3 cable along a SATA3 board (Z97).

I was on a phenom X4 955 up to a few days ago with this SSD using SATA2 cables on a SATA2 mobo for a few days and it was booting up much faster than it is doing now on a i5-4690k so I'm wondering is I'm missing something here. Any help is appreciated!
