CcleanerNewbie
I've found no way to remove this image. I tried uploading what appears, and could't attach a screen shot showing the problem because the forum interface won't allow me. Thanks for any help with this. Moderators hazelnut Posted September 17, 2014 Moderators Share Posted September 17, 2014 Could you give a bit more info such as operating system etc. Do you have ccleaner set to run when Windows starts? Are you able to take a screenshot, upload it to somewhere like http://pixpipeline.com/ and then paste the url they give you into a post. Moderators mta Posted September 17, 2014 Moderators Share Posted September 17, 2014 And while doing what @hazelnut has suggested, or if you get stuck somewhere, can you get the PC started in Safe Mode and try changing settings from there. Maybe uninstalling CC or going into MSCONFIG and stopping it from starting if it's listed there. Once you can start normally, then you can reinstall CC. Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last. See here for taking screenshots and uploading them in preferably the JPG or PNG format. If you have a digital camera and can get a good pic of it that would also be acceptable and help the bug fixers because to my knowledge you're the first person to ever report a bug like this.
