An image of a piece of the Ccleaner interface is partially obscuring all user login

Could you give a bit more info such as operating system etc.

 

Do you have ccleaner set to run when Windows starts?

 

Are you able to take a screenshot, upload it to somewhere like

 

http://pixpipeline.com/

 

and then paste the url they give you into a post.

And while doing what @hazelnut has suggested, or if you get stuck somewhere, can you get the PC started in Safe Mode and try changing settings from there.

 

Maybe uninstalling CC or going into MSCONFIG and stopping it from starting if it's listed there.

Once you can start normally, then you can reinstall CC.

Backup now & backup often.
It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.

I tried uploading  what appears, and could't attach a screen shot showing the problem because the forum interface won't allow me.

 

See here for taking screenshots and uploading them in preferably the JPG or PNG format. If you have a digital camera and can get a good pic of it that would also be acceptable and help the bug fixers because to my knowledge you're the first person to ever report a bug like this.
