After running the CCleaner on Windows 2000 PC I lost all my files in my documents Folder + my Favorites

And any other files on my desktop.

This is the first time I use the program, other accounts on the same computer do not appear to be affected by the program.

How Can I get my work back ? can you Help me please !!!!!

I have no ideal why the contents of your My Documents and Favorites folder would be deleted - if they were in the correct default locations.

If the My Documents folder can't be accessed it could mean the .dll that allows it to work needs to be registered again, here's how:

regsvr32.exe "input the path to mydocs.dll"

Example: It could look like this:

regsvr32.exe "%windir%\system32\mydocs.dll"
