dogguy
I'm in panic mode at the moment. I used Defgraggler to defrag my my external seagate drive today and now when I click on my computer, Windows 7, it shows that I have 299 GB free out of 698 GB so then I click on the drive and I get a msg that says folder empty. When I try to open files on that drive I get a msg that says file can not be found. Please let me know if you have any suggestions I have got so many important family video files.... Thanks, Mark When I open the drive in defraggler and try to analyze it I get the msg that analysiss failed
SmOk
People very rarely check the SMART disk and run a full check disk surface. In the laptops often see "boiled" drives. Rarely can anyone know that his drive has errors from .. eg 2 years. I suppose that the problem is rather the hardware (disk, tape joint, memory), but not Defraggler. The malice of inanimate objects.
