dave3825us Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 I have been trying to defrag a 1.5tb drive that only has 70 gb of data on it. Originally it said 2 days . Left it on doing its defrag. Came home at midnight and it said 3 hours left. 8 hours later it said 1.5 hours left. Gave up with defraggler and after running windows defrag for 8 minutes, I am at 41 percent already. Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last. dave3825us Posted May 4, 2014 Author Share Posted May 4, 2014 Seagate back up plus 1.5 tb external. Defraggler 2.18.945 VSS set to stop Dont see any setting in df for restore points or hibernation.
