lokoike
Telling it like it is. I suggest this applies to Dell also. I believe it! Anytime I call to Activate WinXP, I can never understand what the people are saying! And I'm not being racist in the slightest, but the fact that a 50+ billion dollar corporation can't hire natively English-speaking people to offer tech support is just pathetic! Save a tree, eat a beaver. Save a tree, wipe with an owl. Every time a bell rings, a thread gets hijacked! ding, ding! Give Andavari lots of money and maybe even consider getting K a DVD-RW drive. If it's not Scottish, IT'S CRAP!!!
Moderators Andavari Posted February 10, 2006 Moderators Share Posted February 10, 2006 Dell does outsource! Whenever I go to order ink cartridges for my pos Dell Printer/Scanner I always get someone in India. However there's tech support people already here in the U.S.A. that have some rather piss-poor english (they'd probably call it "engwish") in that case I politely tell the individual I'll call back later which is only a polite lie versus me flat-out saying I don't understand a damn thing you're saying and you don't understand me either.
