How to schedule a FOLDER for defragmentation (Win 7)

Hi Everyone,

I would like to use the Win7 Task Scheduler to schedule a folder for defragmentation.

I've seen in the Defraggler FAQ or help files that this can be done from the command line by appending "<item>" after the executable.

But what is the proper format for "<item>"?  Can anyone show me an example?  And will this command work in the Basic Scheduled Task Wizard?

Thanks for your advice!

Jay
