daiwong100
This is on a Windows Small Business Server 2008 (Dell PowerEdge T110) that has a raid 0 (three drives) and that crashed. When I go into Startup Repair, Open the command prompt and run the RECUVA64.EXE (portable), it starts up correctly. But after selecting the files to recover, the drive / folder window is blank, and I cannot click on ok and clicking on the New Folder button doesn't do anything. I want to select a USB flash drive as the target drive, but I can't even select other partitions on the server. Is this a problem where I need to buy the full version, or a configuration that it doesn't recognize
Alan_B
The "FULL" version version is the same as the FREE version. What you get for the Professional licence is direct support from the developers who have greater understanding than us users of how to use the product. You have many potential targets so target drive means nothing to me. I guess you want to select the flash drive as the DESTINATION for any attempted recovery - that should be no problem. Others may be able to advice how to select the partitions on your server.
