Defraggler is taking up more of my space. What should I do?

It is currently running right now and has defragged 7% so far. It sayd it will take more than one day. Before I used it I had 69.1GB used space and now it is 70.5GB. Free space before was 386.7GB and now it is 385.3GB. Should I stop it immediately or will the space come back once the process has finished? I am using Windows 7 and my capacity is 455.8GB. If I stop it, d how can I recover the lost space?

The amount of used GB is slowly rising as time goes on. Now used GB is 70.9. PLEASE HELP.

You have oodles of free space, so I don't understand why you are so concerned.

The loss in space is due to VSS expansion, which you can prevent by suspending VSS during defrag.

You can always regain space by deleting some older restore points in CCleaner\ Tools\ System Restore.

For a much faster defrag, defrag only the files. Tick ☑ Filename WsbsOgA.png and click Defrag Checked.
