and a VBS script at that, and simply a front end to Windows own disk clean up program.

Backup now & backup often.

unsafe for non-troubleshooting cleaning. Much discussion on this forum about this subject, use search function to read (5 pages of results)

 

 

some of your suggestions are already included in the community made winapp2.ini template. Others, are obviously cleaned by ccleaner, Recycle Bin stands out as a shining example. I'm not sure how researched these suggestions are.

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
