i dont mean to sound like a dumbass and such. i have looked over the bigginer guide and many fourm posts, but did not see what i was looking for.

 

the part were you can clean apps;

nero

dvd shrink

photoshop

office

 

just what does it clean? also, for the photoshop, does this affect and of your presets or settings.

It will mostly clean temporary files of these applications, as well as the list of recent documents.

No need to worry; it won't change your settings in any apps, including Adobe Photoshop, Nero, Office, etc. It just removes logs and the items pwillener mentioned.
