Access is Denied

CCleaner works normally until I click on Tools, then Drive Wiper, then Drives, Local Disk. When I click on Wipe I get the message "Access is Denied".

I have tried reinstalling CCleaner and signing on as administrator, but this doesn't work.

I checked Regedit, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\cclaunch\shell\open\command\ and it read:

ab(Default) REG_SZ "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\ccleaner.exe"/%1

It may be coincidence but everything worked normally until i picked up a Trojan in an email a few months ago. I was using Kaspersky Internet Security, then for overkill I used Malwarebytes and Spybot.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
