Bikerdave55 Posted March 16, 2013 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Hi I have an HTC One X and want to recover some files, but Recuva doesnt 'see' the phone as a storage device even though Windows does. The problem I have is that duing cut and paste Windows or the phone lost the files. They didnt move and no longer appear on the phone either through the phone or windows explorer. Can anyone help. It seems that the video files I lost when trying to transfer to my pc can not be recovered as all the recovery software I have tried does not appear to work with MTP connections. ColtonYYZ Posted January 9, 2022 Share Posted January 9, 2022 I connected my 2-Bay NAS and mounted one of the drives in Windows 10 but still, Recuva doesn't see it.
