my suggestion is to add it to your ignore/exclude list (right click choose exclude.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

That's one that will constantly get found by the registry cleaner, I wish it could be ignored by default in CCleaner without having to use an exclusion which by the way doesn't work that good due to where that reference is found in the registry.
