Moderators Nergal Posted January 5, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2013 Please run speccy in debug mode and then post the crash log, found in the speccy application folder, as an attachment to this thread http://www.piriform.com/docs/speccy/troubleshooting-speccy/running-speccy-in-debug-mode ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Please also hold on to the dump file created in the folder when you ran /debug ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
