Please run speccy in debug mode and then post the crash log, found in the speccy application folder, as an attachment to this thread

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

thanks, the developers read all threads, they rarely comment but do investigate all bugs to the extent that they can. Please also hold on to the dump file created in the folder when you ran /debug
