I have been using CCleaner for several years and never had any problems until now. I just installed this latest version last night and after running it, it does nothing to my recycle bin. I have Windows XP (SP3). The option to "Empty Recycle Bin" is checked, and when I run CCleaner, it takes care of all the other fixes, but it does nothing to the recycle bin. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
