MrKite
Recently, perhaps with the latest or next-to-latest version of ccleaner, I have noticed that every 3rd or 4th time I run ccleaner it dumps the system font cache which is rather large, usually 42-46 MB. I have not noticed any problems connected with this. I've never noticed this before. I rarely do anything with fonts, other than read them. Can anyone shed any light on this? Windows 7, 64-bit, primary browser Firefox, Thunderbird for email Thanks.
Super Fast
Are you running CCleaner 3.20, or 3.21?
Moderators Andavari Posted August 1, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 1, 2012 Untick "Font Cache" if you have it enabled, see screenshot: Screenshot (click to enlarge):
MrKite
I'm running 3.21. Yes, I understand I can disable the Font Cache option, I was just curious as to why such a large cache was showing up for removal.
