Moderators Andavari Posted July 6, 2012 Moderators Share Posted July 6, 2012 Feature Request: How about a Cancel button for cleaners with warning dialogs! How this currently works: If you press the [X] close button it will still enable the cleaner instead of what I'd logically expect to happen which is not enable it. How this could work with my feature request: After including a Cancel button also allow the already existing [X] close button to work exactly the same as the Cancel button meaning; The user has heeded the warning dialog, and has decided not to enable it. Winapp2.ini
Would definitely like to see this implemented. Would also be useful when I accidentally select all entries in a category like Firefox. winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github
Moderators Nergal Posted July 7, 2012 Moderators Share Posted July 7, 2012 +1.25 ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
