mauro.rossi
Hi, I've noticed that Recuva performs recovery tasks using all Disk I/O resources, this is slowing even all other programs (and even Windows 7). Could it possible to implement a feature to control persistenly the I/O Disk Priority, like a new setting in Options? Thanks for your thoughts Mauro
Moderators Augeas Posted March 17, 2012 Moderators Share Posted March 17, 2012 Possibly not, as some operations (e.g. deep scan) are lengthy and disk intensive, and Recuva is primarily a file recovery program: running other programs is inimical to file recovery.
