PWT999
I installed Pale Moon a couple of days ago & it's everything Firefox9.xx isn't. As a long term Chrome user I love PM. However I notice that CCleaner doesn't support PM 9.01. It seems CCleaner supported I think version 3.xx?. Is anyone planning on doing a Winapp2 for it. After some messing today it seems these files and or folders can be removed without causing havoc on the preferences side: C:\Users\N****\AppData\Local\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\Cache\ C:\Users\N****\AppData\Local\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\startupCache\ C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\bookmarkbackups\ C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\cookies.sqlite C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\downloads.sqlite C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\formhistory.sqlite C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\search.json C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\search.sqlite C:\Users\N****\Application Data\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\9ahib0j2.default\sessionstore.bak I am interested if I have missed anything such as reg entries, if anyone can help it would be appreciated, I hope I’ve posted this in the right place & won't be roasted alive. Winapp2.ini
@Devs Pale Moon has been using its own directories in the application data folders since V4.0 I think, so it's probably safe to include them in the default cleaning routines for Firefox as well. winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github
