redhawk
flash enabled devices near youand in a Flash your battery life hits rock bottom. I hate Flash it's CPU intensive crap unsuitable for running on portable devices unless you have an ARMv7 processor. Also why do 3rd party tools do a much better job at handling flash content i.e. XBMC or Google's YouTube video player?? Richard S.
Winapp2.ini
die flash die. Firefox 8 (Nightly) does not detect the 64bit version of Flash 11 Rather it is above the max version allowed in blocklist.xml, I've come to speculate. winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github

Winapp2.ini
Haven't tried, but I will and will report back on that one. looking through this file, I've come to believe that it's more for extensions than plugins, but I can't be sure Edited August 12, 2011 by Winapp2.ini winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github
Winapp2.ini
Doing a complete uninstall of Flash 11 and a reinstall with the 64bit installers seems to have worked. Not sure if this is related to the fact I deleted the blocklist.xml contents, likely not. winapp2.ini additions thread winapp2.ini github

Moderators Andavari Posted August 30, 2011 Moderators Share Posted August 30, 2011 Adobe has enough issues with the "stable" release versions, I wouldn't touch it in the alpha or beta stage.
