Winapp2.ini additions

Yeah.. not sure how that one snuck by me. I'll remove it for the next version, though it doesn't seem to have ravaged anyone's computers (yet) judging by the lack of posts here

don't get me wrong, it may be safe (can you ask the dev of enhancer in private if he added and knows anything about it, he may have added it).

I handle all of the additions and maintenance on the file, and I pull them from emails (both sent to me and to shane), some google docs forms, and a few other places. I don't quite recall where this one came from, but I'll do some research on the cache itself and see if I can turn up anything on its safety.

[CloudShark Plugin for Wireshark*]
LangSecRef=3024
DetectFile=%AppData%\Wireshark\plugins\cloudshark
Default=False
FileKey1=%AppData%\Wireshark\plugins\cloudshark\tmp|*.*

I can not figure out what is in this folder even after using the plugin in Wireshark. So you decide if to add or not to add.

It was two different folders. But I'm not seeing the update\backup folder at all for AVG2013 :blink:. Looks like the update backups are stored in the SetupBackup folder now.

Edit: I didn't pay much attention to AVG2013 files, was used to 2011 and 2012 all using the same locations but it looks like they moved a few things around

tracked them all down

they moved the log and temp folders to %LocalAppData% and removed two folders: scanlogs & Emc

Also, I recommend that the section be changed on the new [NVIDIA Updates*] from LangSecRef=3021 to LangSecRef=3023 so that it matches the other Nvidia entries.

In addition, I'm pretty sure there is an error in [Nvidia Graphics Driver Installation Files*]. FileKey2=%ProgramFiles%\NVIDIA Corporation\Install2|*.*|RECURSE should be FileKey2=%ProgramFiles%\NVIDIA Corporation\Installer2|*.*|RECURSE

Also, please change the LangSecRef=3024 to LangSecRef=3023 on [Nvidia Graphics Driver Installation Files*].

hen it might be worth having CCleaner havea way of removing empty folders. Maybe trying to delete a file known not to exist anywhere and use the RECURSE verb
