I have installed both programs on my system (Win 8.1 64-bit) and tested the CCleaner entries of the programs. I think you don’t even need these two entries anymore. CCleaner entries of these programs cover everything.

The path listed below just contains “NewConfig.ini” on my system.

%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files\Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate\

There is no need to add the path listed below as Wondershare does not have Media Player included into these programs like their other two programs, Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate and iSkysoft Video Converter Ultimate.

%ProgramFiles%\Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate\TempThumbDir|*.*|RECURSE

So these two entries should be removed.

The AVI is the screen recording then it generates a gif from it which it places in \Screenshots. Your script delete the screenshots so why not the recordings as well?

BTW here is InstallShield (added support for v21 a.k.a. 2014)

From ProFantasy Software's website:

CC3 View - the free CC3 Printer and Viewer

Need to print at home and work? Sharing maps with friends? All you need is the free CC3 Viewer! Based on version FastCAD 6.5, the viewer is compatible with all versions of Campaign Cartographer (CC2 and up).

I had some friends send me some maps and noticed that CC3 Viewer remembered some things. This is my proposal.

Thank you very very much for this huge update!

I don't want to be a grinch, but I think there was a big misunderstanding about the VirtualStore folder. Sorry! :(

Only Pre-Windows-Vista programs or programs which ignores the Windows guidelines for Vista (and higher) uses the VirtualStore folder. The majority of programs works correctly with UAC and will never need the VirtualStore folder, even if they write to %ProgramFiles%. (On my computer only one very old XP program needs the VirtualStore folder.)

Nergal wrote this already:

No because VS is only made by programs not fixed for vista/7/8 and only some of them (the ones that try to store in program folder but don't run with UAC elevation and the ones (I think) set to run as XP or lower in compatibility mode)

My experience with testing it on some computers at the shop lead me to believe that it depends on your UAC level, as some machines had many VS entries while others had only one or none at all. Even some newer applications (recently released games) seemed to make the entries, which is why I presumed it depended on privilige level

Ok, I understand, unfortunately I don't have any experience with more recent games. I use the highest UAC level ("Always notify") on all my computers and only one program uses the VirtualStore folder. It is an old XP program which stores the config file in the %ProgramFiles% path.
