When you updated the cleaner with "FileKey9=%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_*\LocalState\DeviceSearchCache|*.txt" I tried it, followed by the required reboot to see if Cortana/Search was all of a sudden broken again, and I can report that it did not break anything in regards to Cortana/Search.
However I wonder who updates the winapp2.ini for BleachBit, because what it uses is old as hell and breaks things in Win10.
