johnnyblaze803
I recently had some issues with spyware and such, I got that fixed but now I cant view some banners and things on some websites. I then downloaded fire fox and It told me to download macromedia which it did automatically for me. I just cant figure out how to enable it on the browser that I like to use which is MSN. Alteast I can use fire fox to fully see the websites but would like to use my old browser as well.
gunner
Could be an activex issue. click tools>internet options>security>custom and enable activex and see if that works. If it isn't broke, tweak it.
johnnyblaze803
Ok, I tried that. Enabled all activex controls. Still just get the little red x at the top left of where the image/banner is suppose to be.

johnnyblaze803
how do you do that?
gunner
The easiest way is go to: www.snapfiles.com, click freeware, and search for faststone capture. It is small and efficient. If it isn't broke, tweak it.

Moderators Andavari Posted November 19, 2005 Moderators Share Posted November 19, 2005 To make a screenshot you don't need any additional software, the ability is built into Windows. Here's how: 1. Whatever it is your talking about open the program get it to display that red X, and then press together: ALT+PrtScn 2. Open Microsoft Paint and then click: Edit, Paste 3. Save the image as a .png, .jpg, or .gif file with a filename of your choice. 4. Visit either of these free image hosting services: http://www.imageshack.us/, or http://xs.to/ and upload the image from your computer. 5. Once uploaded the free image hosting service will give you the forum code for posting into a reply. All you have to do is copy that code and paste it into a new post.
