Wipe Free Space - ccleaner

Hi,

 

I was wondering is anyone else has come across the following issue? I have just used the wipe free space option Gutmann 35 Passes on my C drive, I'm selling the hard drive so I want it completely clear. It definitely started OK and I kept going back and checking it was still going, it said 3 hours remaining for example. But then when I went back a minute ago, ccleaner was back on the select drive screen, so I basically don't know whether it worked or not.

 

There was no results or anything.

 

Does anyone know what is supposed to happen after and if this is correct? Thanks for your help.
