Moderators Nergal 0 Posted April 5, 2011 Moderators Share Posted April 5, 2011 It's just not possible to add, to the default program, portable applications. There is no Windows enviromental variable for "portable drive" The best you are going to get is using custom locations http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-clean-user-data-from-non-standard-mozilla-browsers

( only works good with Firefox ) ( Opera and Chrome and Safari is also very popular browser ) So add an option to set the path of Opera or Chrome or any Browsers manually will be good enough than do this custom locations because it doesn't work with the other browsers. Moderators Nergal 0 Posted April 7, 2011 Moderators Share Posted April 7, 2011 Chrome I believe yes it does work, not sure about opera or safari, but you could also use a winapp2.ini to clean those browsers in their undefault locations.

Unfortunately this doesn't support to clean unwanted cookies in Opera... It only delete the file but not what is inside of that file like opera cookies ( cookies4.dat ) It's same like in CCleaner > Option tab > Include So If CCleaner add an option to set the Opera profile path when it's portable it will be great. And also for other browsers too. When add this command "FIREFOX|C:\Firefox profile" firefox appears in CCleaner, so why not add the same things to Opera and other browsers?
