How to Delete Reg Cleaner

I downloaded Reg Cleaner from this forum. I cannot unzip and cannot delete this exe file as it tells me access denied, etc......

 

How can I delete this?

If you're using Microsoft RegClean v4.1a on Windows XP it won't work, as it isn't compatible and although it looks as if it removes entries it actually can't.

 

If the file won't delete download Unlocker and then right click delete the file it and use Unlocker to delete it, or download HijackThis and delete it via the HijackThis Misc Tools section.
