Chip10
When I select a program in the Startup screen and I select "Disable" it fails to disbale the program. Using the right mouse "Disable" failed as well. Is this a known bug? CCleaner V3.03.1366
Alan_B
Not a bug. What is your operating system and Service pack level What can you not disable ? On the Bottom Right corner of the Startup screen is "Save to Text". That will give a list such as No HKCU:Run ctfmon.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe No HKLM:Run iTunesHelper "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe" Yes Startup Common Sys_Test.lnk C:\Utils\Sys_Test\Sys_Test.cmd No Startup User Dropbox.lnk C:\DOCUME~1\Dad\APPLIC~1\Dropbox\bin\Dropbox.exe Post full information in the list of what you want to Disable. Do you have full Admin Authority ? Alan
