I talked to Tarun about this a minute ago. He said it could be file type associations or just a bad install of windows. My suggestion is that you just reformat again since your not to far into getting all your stuff back. If your having registry issues this early into a fresh install its probably best to just start over.

It mentions 7-Zip since the installation probably compresses the file with 7z. And then there is an error which makes it unable to extract the archive.

 

Could be a corrupt download, try to download it again. If you used a download manager last time, then dont use it this time.
