Mike Rochip
Does anyone know why when I uninstalled Nero 6 ( with the nero uninstall tool) it also uninstalled my drivers for dvd43? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Is it possible you may have deleted a shared resource? Did you see any popups that say something like xxxx.dll may or may not be used by other programs and then given the option to delete or not? (Sorry, couldn't remember the exact wording) It seems dvd43 may use Nero when burning DVDs. If you search "dvd43 nero" on Google there's a lot of info about this. I don't have a DVD burner yet so I wasn't able to really understand the issues and answers being described, but I imagine you will. Best of luck
Moderators hazelnut Posted October 29, 2005 Author Moderators Share Posted October 29, 2005 Hi Mike, You are probably right about the shared resorce. I can still use Decrypter and Shrink though. I had to get rid of nero as that was the only way my autorun would work again. So full of bugs nero.
