Some suggestions:

1. Post a picture of the top left hand part of the CC main screen. It provides more info of your system.

2. Run a registry cleaner (e.g. Eusing registry cleaner), install and run CC again.

3. Perhaps you can come up with more details of the error by clicking on one or the other link in that message window.

4. Which program(s) did you install recently ? Un-install those programs one by one and run CC again. It could reveal which program causes the CC error.

Install ERUNT, it allows you to restore the registry to a previous state.

Along with the questions Willy asked..

Did this start when you installed ccleaner 2.34, have you ever been able to run 2.34 without a problem?

Are all you virus/spyware applications fully updated and scans coming up clean?

Also, please detail when ccleaner crashes (and weather this is analyze reg or cleaner part)

uncheck everything (if cleaner, make sure to do both tabs windows and applications)

1) check the first thing

2) run analyze

3) if it does not crash continue

4)uncheck the checked item and check the next item

5)run analyze

6) return to step 3 and do this until either ccleaner crashes or you've gone through every checkmark (on both tabs if cleaner section)

7) it also may be more than one item (though this is doubtful so if ccleaner does crash boot it back up and try the next item)

please report back with which item(s) cause the crash

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

I know you're using v2.34 because that info shows up in post #1.

1. Which of the (when I'm right) four Opera boxes in CC makes CC crash ?

2. I would suggest to un-install Opera and CC, clean and compact the registry, install ERUNT and then re-install Opera and CC.

hmm, i would not go as far as willy2 here, yet.

I would say from within opera clear the Cache, History and delete any cookies you do not want to keep. Then close Opera and right click the Opera heading in ccleaner and choose analyze and see if it still crashes

if yes, then yes follow willy2's advice
