Welcome to the forum.

1. Upgrade to CCleaner v2.34.

2. Don't use the Gutmann (35 passes) secure deletion. Overwriting data one time is good enough and it takes less time.

3. Download and run Treesize. It shows you where all that free space could have gone.

empty your recycle bin.

Also, from your description of the problem I'm going to jump to the conclusion that you ran wipe free space (in windows/advanced section of ccleaner.)

If so:

run it again and it'll delete the file you created that didn't finsh when it ran and then after that don't run wipe free space unless you are selling your drive

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
