I get "Unknown system error: 0x80041002" under all sections

What version of windows do you use?

 

Has it been modified in any was or was it just a standard install?

Windows XP, I replaced my video card and PSU, before that it worked fine

XP, no replacements or modifications, Speccy never worked. This is an assembled PC though.

Run Event Viewer (eventvwr.exe) do you have any entries that relate to this error code??

I don't actually know because I never look at the Event Viewer, but I assume it records error popup windows, otherwise I don't see anything related anyway. This error, "Unknown system error: 0x80041002", is not a popup error. It's just the text shown under all sections, previously said. Where the technical information for each thing should be shown in the program

im getting the same error, but im running win 8.1, and eventvwr.exe gives me this message relating to this error code

Error 0x80041002 is often an indication of a corrupt WMI repository.

 

Speccy reads the WMI to collect data to display.
