WiFi Info - False "WiFi not enabled"

Speccy shows the WiFi as "WiFi not enabled"

PC: Dell Latitude D830

Obviously the WiFi IS enabled, since I was able to post this and I do not have a LAN cable plugged in. I ran Speccy on my big desktop last night, which does have WiFi, and it showed this status:
