wiping my usernames away!

Information always helps people diagnose issues. Imagine ringing up a garage and saying my car will not start and expecting an answer from that. (for example)

Saved form information(ff)? Auto complete ....(IE(if that is the option for IE, don't use it))

Others will have to answer on the other browsers.

No fate but what we make

Appreciate your quick reply but...

IE8=internet options-content-autocomplete settings:

all these are checked already

-Address Bar

-Browsing History

-Favorites

-Forms

-User Names and Psswords on Forms

-Ask me before saving passwords

Maybe it's not an IE8 issue?

for bank sites, travel sites, all sites and I would like them not wiped as I am the only iser of my pc.

I use the latest version of CCleaner and love it!

Also use Defraggler and love it too.

My concern is that maybe CCleaner is wiping away my usernames and passwords? Is that possible?

Thanks for all replies

Nevermind, fixed it by restarting services in step 2
