I was using a webpage at cbtdirect for some on line classes for work. It worked last night and then I installed CCleaner and this morning I'm getting an error. this is the error

Error Occurred While Processing Request

File not found: /spcbtdirect/login/login.cfm

Please try the following:

Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.

Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.

Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

unfortunatly I can't seem to be able to access tool/internet options and advanced to change my debug settings so I can see what I'm getting.

infact, I can't even change my home page now "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer, please contact your systems administrator.

I'm still in the process of looking to see what I Umm errr blindly clicked on to lock myself out.

That'll teach me to just click with out reading...

I did read another post in here where they said close everything and run CCleaner twice and try again... didn't workm still can't access the website.

and as far as I know, it could verywell be the server on the site is down. but then again it could be I removed a file that's needed.

so any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
