I made a stupid lil exe on page 2, that will load, minimize, run tskmanger that sits in quick launch

Your Ctrl-Tab led me to the solution:

 

 

Switch to this tab, and pressing "Switch to.." minimizes it again. What's highlighted doesn't matter.

 

So that's a full house I think.

 

Switch to lean version: Start Minimized with Windows: Restore and Minimize the lean version:

A completely frivolous exercise hazel, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

 

I now have a "lean" minimized TaskManager, and it makes absolutely no difference at all. Except that we found a way to do it.
