steppy
Hi: I am getting "Analysis Failed" or "Building file list Failed" when I start Defraggler on a 5 TB raid 5. Windows Server 2003. Two other raid 1 on same box work fine. Additionally when I attempt to run in debug mode using: "C:\Program Files\Defraggler\Defraggler.exe /debug" I get error that windows can't find it. However it will find Defraggler without the /debug. Does server require reboot for debug? thanks. stephen

steppy
Mr.Ron: When I (impatiently) did not see an official reply in this thread, I also posted this issue in the Defraggler Bug reporting forum discussion. There is another log file there that also includes a defrag attempt. This log is zipped because I guess the first upload maxed out my limit. I appreciate your help and hope we can resolve this issue. I do like using defraggler! stephen Thanks, this will be really useful.

steppy
UPDATE Completed full disk check and repair successfully. Took about 30 hours! Defraggler still reports errors "Analysis Failed" and does not defragment. Again note that on the same server, two other RAID 1 units work fine with Defraggler. Are there known issues with large RAID 6 units or large drives in general? Can someone from Piriform weigh in on this please? stephen Can't do that until weekend. Will try and post after.
