vnavna
Version 2.19 is the last one that will work properly when clicking on Tools --> Uninstall. All of the rest of the tools work in all versions except for uninstall.

PugDaddyUSA
Hello to everyone, I registered so I could post my error description as well. I have attached a screen shot. I haven't went through the troubleshooting process, I just checked and it's an issue with the build because version 2.20.920 does not produce the error. When I click on tools I get the attached error, and it will let me conyinue to use the "Start-up" features, but not the "Uninstall". Also I do have shadow copies (Restore points) but CCleaner is not listing them since this error began. I hope this helps in some way, I really like CCleaner, have been using it for years now. I just need all the features to work as intended. Thanks

It is also a simple, easy to use product. Thanks! MrDon this is the bug reporting area for ccleaner bugs, and the good people above are reporting them for the devs to look at. It is not really the place for you to be suggesting what other things they should use instead of ccleaner.
