thorsten
Hi, the implementation of large file handling is unfortunately flawed. Scanning a folder / drive for deleted files > 4GB will return the files with a filesize of 0 and unrecoverable. To reproduce the bug simply delete a large file (greater than 4 gigs, e.g. a HD Video), scan the folder with Recuva and see for yourself. Dont' forget to activate "Show zero byte files" in the options dialog, elsewise you won't see the file at all. Recuva version tested: 1.32.444 OS: WinXP 32-bit SP3 Filesystem(s): All NTFS Similar reports indicating the same problem can be found here: http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=22531 http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=14952 http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums...8f-27b13ad34bf1 Please be so kind to investigate the issue to further improve this great program. Thanks, Thorsten
