John Gray 0
I would like this program to have the ability to defrag more than one hard drive at one Have a look at Task Manager's Performance tab while running Defraggler, then at the Processes tab to see which task is using more than 50% of the CPU (even a powerful one). Then consider what might happen if more than one partition is being worked on simultaneously...

Moderators hazelnut 5 Posted September 17, 2009 Moderators Share Posted September 17, 2009 I'm sure the devs have looked at your suggestion.
FlipD9 0
As with multi-core processors, it should be less stress on the processes as I'm only using less than 10%, or not even close. The option of having to defrag multiple drives is a plus as Defraggler takes longer than most to completely defrag the whole drive. Adding in the Defrag Freespace to the standard process will be helpful as well.
Kradath 0
I support this suggestion. And I think the main point why he's asking for this is wanting to defrag all his drives with one click. They don't need to be defragged simultaniously but one after the other.
JDub 0
Exactly, I think he wants to be able to do them sequentially. I'm happy with that, but if piriform could detect multicore setups and run more than one at a time that'd be awesome.
