It's not trivial to you Ricky, so it's important, and from what you say you will be able to run CCleaner in all it's majestic glory, most probably clearing all your tracks.

 

Just don't get into this situation again. Not worth losing a job over.

Dennis you are most right. should I run this registry mechanic as well or am I OVER reacting to this issue.

Ricky I think we have gone about as far as we can go here with the advice on how to cover your 'bad decision' surfing tracks.

 

You have run ccleaner which you say you had permission to install. However it isn't really possible for us to give advice on the wisdom of running other products on a employer's computer.

 

I hope you manage to get through this without any questions from your employer.

 

May be better to keep your surfing activities for your own personal computer :)

Good grief man, if your logged in via your works LAN all your on line activities will be logged and no matter what cleaning you do will not make any difference at all as the damage will already be done. Stick to what hazelnut says and don't use your works PC
