RayD Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Hello, :running Windows 7 Build 7000 Not sure if anyone has experenced this, after adding a check in the box to activate this option, nothing happens, in other words when right clicking the Recycle Bin the option to run CCleaner is not available. Then I tried searching the registry for a key relating to this but was unsuccessful. Windows 7 is not fully supported by CCleaner yet so that could be the issue. I'm interested to know if there is a registry location to change this setting though. There's always an exception to the rule. I'm that exception. kmillerusaf Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Under XP and Vista the recycle bin context menu is located here: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} The full key for CC would be: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\Shell\Run CCleaner\command The default value is: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner.exe /AUTO I would have never found that.
