Mjark
Hi All, Yesterday I installed CCleaner with ccsetup121.exe (so I guess version 1.21). After running it it immediately crashes. Closes itself and get the following report: (see attachment) I have read some threads about VB modules, but it doesn?t seem to be related with that. If anyone can help me... would be great. thanks, Mjark appcompat.txt appcompat.txt

Moderators Andavari Posted July 28, 2005 Moderators Share Posted July 28, 2005 You may need to restart Windows after installation. If restarting Windows doesn't help try this: 1. Uninstall it. 2. Empty the web browser cache for the web browser you're using and then restart Windows. 3. Download the setup file again and reinstall. You said you installed VBRun6, however did you install the most recent version here: Visual Basic Run-Time v6.0 Service Pack 6.

I will try the rest of your suggestions. Didn?t the included textfile make sense to anybody? Can I get some useful information out of that? thanks, Mjark
